I created and recorded this tutorial in Photoshop for ease of recording, but you can just as easily follow along with a pencil and paper or a tablet. The techniques are rooted in solid art fundamentals, so they work in any medium you’re comfortable with.
Honestly, I really wish I had something like this back when I was an art student . It would’ve saved me so much time and frustration, especially when it came to de-mystifying sci-fi design and making everything feel way more simple and approachable.
